All form is thought.  Lower thought forms have distorted vibrations. When we project a lower vibration, and a lower state of consciousness, we will create discord and negativity. Lower thought forms are hate, exploitation, separation, selfishness, spite, and anger.  They are sticky. Higher thought forms, and higher conscious awareness, are simply being aware of God. Fill yourself with love. Love is constructive, non-resistant, and acts creatively.

If everyone could practice this a little bit each day, we would all flow with life and notice what we have in common, rather than our differences, which are only an illusion.

Consciousness is infinite totality, a collective awareness that has complete understanding.

It is the true I AM because it exists in the present.  It’s the eternal moment of NOW. Consciousness is a form of awareness. An aware state is also knowing where the individual self ends and the ALL begins. When we want to achieve the state of Christ Consciousness, we want to experience oneness with this ALL that has collective awareness.

Every person has the potential to express the perfection of Christ as Jesus did, by being more ‘Christ like’ in everyday life. Christ consciousness is a state of being. It is God fully reflected in human. This is a person who fully reflects the light, a state of perpetual oneness with the Divine. Spiritual masters are there all the time, but today, many people are able to briefly experience it. It is a state of unconditional love, joy, acceptance, bliss, pure being, and peace.

We practice being ‘a Christ’ by first being aware of who we are and how our words, actions, and deeds affect others. We must be aware of our potential. Liberation is actually the realization that we are so much more than our physical bodies. We are actually ‘essence’ expressing itself as a body, temporarily.

A person who is enlightened has re-imagined their own divinity, which is the true self where all power and potential reside. He or she knows there is no separation – that all beings are one, unified whole. Enlightenment is simply the shift from ego, the separate self, to essence, which is the unified whole. And it takes a high level of conscious awareness to live like this all the time.

Judging by the amount of people I see attending spiritual programs, I would say most are looking to create higher levels of awareness of their unity with the Divine. Many have been seeking for so long they are caught up in the seeking process. Enlightenment is not the end of the road.  It is simply waking up.  It is a shift in perception where a person disengages from old emotions, habits, assumptions, traumas, and conditioning. You no longer live behind the masks you have constructed in order to survive. That is the true transformation.

When you only identify with your separate nature, and don’t embrace unity, which is your real nature, life is nothing more than a series of exercises meant to measure your importance, money, career, or personal appearance against everyone else.

Most people spend too much time championing their own individual causes and comparing their philosophies, success, and religions. They fret over who is right, or not doing it right, or who is on the right side of God. They do not accept the unity that binds humanity at the fundamental level! Once they do, they usually are not concerned with how they look, who has the biggest house and car, and keeping up with the neighbors.

Associate yourself with your universal self or the God Self, and fill yourself with it. That is how you live a life of purpose and an enlightened life.

We can never understand or experience God through someone else’s eyes, nor experience the same self-development path of another individual.  All humans will be on their own individual path to this knowledge, in this lifetime or in other lifetimes.  All truth is developed through individual insight. However, the following principles will help guide your path, and help you to be more authentic and at ease with life during your process. These principles speak to universal truth and the essence of what it means to lead a spiritual life:

1. First understand yourself and your relationship to the Divine.
2. Know that the journey begins where you are, not where you want to be. Consider life as it is and accept it. See reality clearly. Put your spiritual development at the top of your list.
3. Revere the Divine. Live with awareness of your inner God. Place the creator where he belongs: in you.
4. Love God with your heart and soul. Feel the freedom and joy of doing so.
5. Seek truth everywhere, and don’t limit yourself to one faith or wisdom tradition. Read. Question everything. Come up with a version that works for you.
6. Invite God’s love. Ask for grace and know you are never alone.
7. Be authentic. Learn to be at ease with yourself. Authenticity lays the groundwork for self-love.
8. Be a spiritual peacemaker. See yourself as the change you wish to see in the world. Be peaceful and open to forgiveness.
9. Choose to live in the energy of unconditional love and abandon your judging mind. Learn to love the experience of life, free from conditioning and negativity.
10. Adopt spiritual practices that make sense to you and understand their meaning. Pray with passion and clarity. Meditate often.
11. Use auspicious language and don’t allow your thoughts and words to turn into negative stories and illusions.
12. See God everywhere. Mention God often. Talk about God and say “God” with gusto.

Love is the foundation of grace and the activity of the Divine. It is Divine Love helping you and healing you. It is like a mother who offers comfort and warmth, who folds you into her lap. There is no effort required on our behalf, and we should offer no resistance. It is free, on the house, available to everyone. It is an energy that is always there but we often don’t recognize it. When we change our perceptions on grace, and allow it to enter our experience, there is progress in the form of personal transformation and healing – a move forward in all areas.  There is a re-ordering taking place. There is peace. It is not a concept or an idea, but the holy presence. All you have to do is ask God for grace.  It is that simple.

When we fall from grace, it does not mean we are sinners. It means we have forgotten our connection with the Divine Presence! When you ‘come back into grace’ it doesn’t mean we have chosen the right religion nor done something amazing to impress God. It means we have remembered who we are as beings of light here on the plant. We have simply remembered our connection.

There are two principles to conscious creation: (1) manifesting what you desire with clarity and passion, and (2) understanding and using the I AM power. Emmet Fox, a 1940’s New Thought minister said that you need to know what you want with great clarity and be able to feel its impact or presence in your life before you receive it.  You are actually vibrating at the level of the thing or situation you want. If you desire money, then deep inside, feel what it is like to have great wealth. If you want a peaceful life, than be peaceful, then resonate at the level of peace.

Conscious co-creation is also about your relationship with the Divine. Whether Yahweh, Allah, Buddha, Krishna, Jesus or the Goddess, or whoever your image of Divinity is, it doesn’t matter.

What does matter is to know your potential resides in the space where you realize you are unlimited substance. You are actually embodied spirit. You are the I AM presence. At its basic, most fundamental level, that is the premise of positive thinking and manifestation.  You’ve got to vibrate your highest level thought, and learn to resonate with the pattern of the Divine.  When you do, through prayer, meditation, or doing any activity that consciously puts you in the arms of the Divine, then you are raising your vibration to attract THAT WHICH IS. You are vibrating with the level of the Divine.

The purpose of the Oneness Movement is to awaken the human family, offering a gift of grace of spiritual opening (flowering of the heart) to all people rather than a few selective seekers as in the past. It is meant to restore wholeness within humanity as well as with the world environment.

The Oneness Movement teachings are coming from India, and originated from a couple named Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan. They consider themselves one unified, avataric consciousness. They are God-realized and were initiating the collective force of unified consciousness in the form of something called the Oneness Blessing. It’s actually Deeksha, but the difference between them and all who have gone before is that they are teaching everyone how to give it. They are interested in creating individual change through this neurobiological event and say it happens through grace, once you invite grace into your being. It’s available for everyone and is currently helping millions of people around the world awaken to a greater sense of self-worth and boundless joy.

There will always be suffering. We suffer when we don’t fully live through the present moment, feel the pain of it (if there is pain) and embrace it.  The East is teaching us that we, in the West, are experts at suffering management.  We stuff our suffering, go to therapy, eat, drink, complain, get mad at our families, run away, watch TV, shop more, or look for love in the wrong places. We don’t face our suffering head on and allow it to fill us.  We don’t want to feel it and stay with that pain.  Even old emotional charges, which are the residue of old suffering, need to be faced head on until they pass.  Westerners think the way to deal with suffering is to contain it and manage it.  That is not the key to living in joy and the way to fully experiencing life.

In the West, our minds are running our lives. Rather than being a work-servant to our lives, our minds are obsessed with the past and the future. We chose to allow old conditioning, and ‘autopilot living’ dominate our experience, rather than fully immersing ourselves in the present.  Also, we carry too many emotional charges and traumas. These charges become stuck in our koshas, the energy layers which cause us physical distress. To fix all this, we identify with our old stories, as well as our physical bodies instead of our spiritual selves, and wind up as seekers seeking everything from happiness to more pleasure, instead of seeking ‘essence.’

Also, we don’t know our own divinity and don’t feel connected. All suffering originates in the belief in separation. Sin is our belief in separation from God, the Good, in consciousness. Our salvation is now—not something that occurs after death. It happens whenever we turn our thoughts from fear, anxiety, worry and doubt to thoughts of love, harmony, joy and peace. The ‘fall’ that religion has frightened us with simply takes place in consciousness whenever we fall into negative habits of thinking. Heaven and hell are states of consciousness, not geographical locations. We make our own heaven or hell here and now by our thoughts, words and deeds. It would be great if we could release all these fears.
